1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and utilizing the services of CreativeGraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Scope of Services
CreativeGraft specializes in providing web design, development, and digital growth solutions for local businesses. The specific details, timelines, and deliverables for your project will be outlined during your free strategy call and finalized upon selecting a pricing plan.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery of your website (e.g., our 72-hour launch promise), you agree to provide all necessary assets, including brand logos, text content, and images, promptly. Delays in providing this information may result in corresponding delays in the project timeline.
4. Payments & Billing
All services require upfront payment as per the selected pricing plan (Starter, Business Growth, or E-Commerce Pro) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Prices are subject to change, but locked-in prices at the time of purchase will be honored.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final website design and content provided by you become your property. CreativeGraft retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials. Core frameworks, custom code, and proprietary templates remain the intellectual property of CreativeGraft.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
